Baby Girl Klaus update

HI All!
I know many of you are patiently anticipating the arrival of baby girl Klaus and dying to know her name. I am SOO ready for her to be here as well. Any day now.. Although I am enjoying the extra sleep before she does arrive.

Here is the latest update..Due date is Sept 4th..
Over the past month my "nesting stage" has been in full swing! I have been cleaning like crazy and even getting pretty crafty, Thanks to pinterest! :)

Wed the 22nd I had to go in for a sonogram. My doc said I was measuring a little on the small side. My sweet mother in law and Mom along with my hubby got to all see how baby girl was doing. I am so glad they came! We found out baby girl is doing great and was actually measuring a week ahead of schedule, already weighing 7 lbs 4oz! The Tech also showed us baby girl has lots of hair like her big brother did and we even got to see that she also has FAT ROLLS! Yes, I got a pic! ha.  At my Dr visit that day I was at 3 cm and 70% effaced. So my Doc said it could really be any day now..So I started walking like crazy! Operation get baby out was underway!!
Kyler was 2 weeks early. So I just knew baby girl would be early too. But she has other plans, obviously. I have had the car seat strapped in and my bags packed and in the car and ready to go for two weeks. Just waiting on Miss Thang! I have a feeling this is just the beginning of her ruling the roost. Lord help us!

Sunday the 26th My mom and I decided to walk Lakeline mall (like we did for Ky) to hopefully get my contractions going. We were even wearing a bunch of our lucky jewels and everything. We walked for, I kid you not..3 HOURS!! At one point we stopped to get a smoothie and baby girl loved that. She started kicking like crazy. My mom would then say ok, let's pick up the pace! LOL. My mom is a hoot! My poor ankles were so swollen and my back was killing me. Since the walking didn't faze baby girl, we did a little shopping in the mix hoping that would spark up something and still no changes.
We then decided to try a new mexican food place in Pflugerville for dinner after all the marathon walking. The food was delicious, but now I'm just stuck with an aching back, swollen everything and now an even more swollen belly.ha. We still had an amazing day and I will remember it forever!
We definitely can't say we didn't try to get this baby girl OUT!!

Monday Kyler started his new class at school and did great! :)
Tues the 28th I go in for my scheduled Dr appointment. My Dr walked in the room and said she could not believe I was even there! She thought I would have already had my baby. I was in disbelief too! When she checked me I was exactly the same as the week before! Still at 3 cm and 70%. REALLY? (insert sigh)
So my Dr decided to strip my membranes (sounds as lovely as it felt, btw). Doc said that this should hopefully get things going sometime within the next 72 hours. So by Friday Aug 31st we are hoping baby girl will arrive. If she is not here by Monday the 3rd(Labor day) they are going to induce sometime that week.
Since my appointment on the 28th, I have been having lots of sporadic contractions (lots of fun, NOT!) but nothing to get overly excited about. SO the waiting game is underway..I know so many people have been on edge every time I call. lol.
I also have a baby pool going if you have not entered your guess already I will try and figure out how to share the link on here.
My hubs said there is only ONE DAY he really doesn't want her to come which is Sept 1st(opening day of dove season).HA. So we shall see. I know she will come when she is good and ready and since her brother is a holiday baby maybe she is waiting for Labor day. Who knows? All I know is that I am so ready to meet my little princess and get rid of all these lovely contractions and all the fun things that come with the home stretch of being pregnant.
I will definitely try and keep you posted once she finally decides to make her grand debut. :)
